Depending on your age....usually these are due to Eczema and if you use the cream made by Noxema it will clear them up in no time. Some people think it is due from extra oily skin, but it's not it is actually due to dry skin and using soap in the shower or bath. Try not to use soap on that area and use the Noxema after your bath. I bet they go away in no time. Good luck

Hi ! Ash.,
I am writing to you from the states but I do believe that you can can purchase a certain soap that I am going to tell you about.
It Is an inexpensive soap and VERY good .
It is :
'Dial Antibacreial Soap ' (the YELLOW COLOURED BAR )
Now the reason that I wrote that you need to specifically purchase the yellow 'Dail' soap is because the YELLOW version is the ORIGINAL version of this soup AND THE BEST .
The yellow type of dial has strong antibacterial properties AND it also contains special ingridiants that will keep your skin really nice when you use it. The other colours of Dail Soap contain perme and even though they say antibacterial on thelabel they just aren't as good as 'Yellow Dail' soap.
My mother was a nurse and all my brothers and sisters and I washed with 'Yellow Dial' and the pimples on each of us were really kept to a minimum.
Even though I am older now (and I now clean my face with an anti wrinkle cleansing cream for older skin ) I STILL use ;Yellow Dail; for my body and I wash my arm pits and bikini area with the 'Yellow dail' after shaving there in the shower and because of using 'Yellow Antibacterial Dail' soap I NEVER get ingrown hairs or bumps ( I once did not use the 'Yellow Dail' soap for a while and my skin really suffered - pimples returned - UGH ! ).
Sooooooooo - - - - your choice of soap is really important and now on to the subject of how clothing contibutes to having the dreaded ' 'ZITS' - - -
DO NOT EVER WEAR the same T-SHIRT TWICE because what you are in effect doing is putting yesterdays bacteria back onto todays freshly cleaned skin.
AND always put at least a small amount of bleach in with your wash
(there now is bleach for coloured clothes as well as the old-fashioned bleach for whites
( a really good type of bleach is the new 'SPLASHLESS' version - keeps bleach from fallin accidently onto you as you do the wash ),
And yes,
as well as the soap you need pimple medicine - a 'ZIT-ZAPPER' liquid in a small bottle.
The best one I have found is made by Clinique - it is clear and comes in a small, transparent, turquoise bottle about 3 inches tall ( I am sorry - I can't remember it's name). You can get it online at :
www.clinique.com
Look in the blemish section on the site
Also a visit to your dermotologist might be very helpful if things do not improve to your satisfaction -
They can prescribe stonger lotions that can only be purchased at a pharmacy / chemist.
I just looked up YELLOW DAIL soap on the 'goggle' and found out some more important info,
Here it is
Yellow dail bar soap has in it :
Vitamins: 'A', 'E' and 'B5'
The yellow dail soap also has glycerin in it and that is why it helps your skin feel good as well.
NOW this is a VERY IMPORTANT point:
Every thing I have told you ONLY applies to the BAR VERSION OF 'Yellow Dail' SOAP - IIT DOES NOT APPLY TO THE YELLOW LUQUID VERSION OF THIS SOAP ! - YOU WILL NOT GET THE SAME RESULTS.
If you enter the words:
dail soap yellow
into Goggle on your computer then you will find places you can get it on line
. Actually, I just took a moment and did some research for you as to a place to go 'online-line' to see the soap and buy it
.
In your address bar type in:
www.pricegrabbers.com
then enter the words : dial bar soap
into the search box and it'll bring you to the soap. Once there you will see a picture of the soap
and that costumers give the soap a '5 star' review.
Well , I hope I helped a little bit - i can understand how you wish to clear things up so you can enjoy wearing pretty low-cut necklines !
Best wishes to you -

try body wash with salisylic acid. perhaps you should try wearing a bra less, or make sure you're wearing a clean one every day (sweating and dirt can cause pimples). same goes for shirts too, i guess.
i use a body wash with little scrubby things in it. They exfoliate the skin. I believe it's a Neutrogena bodywash. Try something like that and maybe you could shower more, if you don't do it every day already.

I get the same thing when it's hot outside and I sweat alot. I use clearasil face wash in the shower and put powder on it to absorb the sweat. It's nothing to be scared of it will eventually go away.

I, too, used to have pimples in that area. So yeah, it's pretty common. And you just get rid of them like any other pimples in other areas.

Yes it is common, I know a lot of people with the same problem. Just use the same cleaner you use on your face. My friends cleared it up doing that.
