Running two programs that do essentially the same thing isn't really recommended. That being said, also be aware that Windows Firewall protects against incoming threats, but not outgoing. On the other hand, Zone Alarm protects against both. I'd recommend letting Zone Alarm be your sole firewall and letting the Windows Firewall rest.

yes u can but it makes your machine slow if it is not p4 +above 128 ram
