I don't think sperm can live in the female body for up to 5 days, I think it is more like 72 hours. Second of all the when the sperm dies it is absorbed and then when the woman has her period everything is cleaned out.

They can only live in the body for a long period of time ( like 3 days ) if the vaginal fluid is very running it is more likely they live from between 2 and 12 hours. A womans egg is able to be fertilized for 12 hours.
They will either pass with the woman's fluids or dissolve into the body.

Usually sperm can live in a woman's body for about 48 hours. Sperm is a cell. Once the sperm dies, it is broken down for usage by the woman's body. The term for this would be "phagocytosis."
Hope this helps...

They usually live in a woman's body from 2-3 days... on very rare cases they can live up to 5 days. When they die... they get flushed out.

As women we have a flow of fluids that is not rapid, but does naturally clean out the vagina.
