i have a friend in india who's interrested to start a business (a franchise) for export surplus garment and he needs to find a franchisor dealing in all foreign branded clothes like DIESEL , ABERCROMBIE , OLD NAVY , FCUK , BANANA REPUBLIC , BLUE BERRY , CROCODILE , AIX , etc.

From what I know ALL those brands don't franchise to just anyone. They have major department stores or their own stores selling their clothing. Half of those stores only retail in the United States and Canada. I'm pretty sure they won't give it to her, my father looked into this and we live in the U.S. The problem was they don't want anyone owning their stores / and want clothing to be bought at Nordstrom. Maybe, maybe, Old Navy. But if they do decide there's going to be a waiting list until she's in her 80's. I'm sorry to tell you this! :(

Oh and you don't have so of the name brands right:

Abercrombie is Abercrombie and Fitch
Blue Berry is Burberry
Crocodile is Lacoste

Without context, it's impossible to say. Export means to send to another country. Surplus means extra. Garments means clothing.
