8x^2 -14x+12x-21
8x^2+12 x -14x-21
4x(2x+3) -7(2x+3)

(4x - 7) ( 2x + 3 )

if u break it down,
8x^2 +12x -14x - 21
8x^2 - 2x - 21

so the answer is
(4x - 7) (2x +3)
