They gave birth to an UGLY baby...no, a FUGLY baby. They were ashamed. The Scientologists got some top-notch plastic surgeons to do an 'extreme makeover' on the baby. Give the kid some healing time, pay off a few semi-celebrities to say "Oh the baby is gorgeous!" to the press to bide some time for healing...and...viola! "Look at our beautiful baby!"
