the best way to tell if your partner is unfaithfull is if they are jealous of you.

The only way to know for sure is to hire a personal detective or even a friend of yours could do it (in a different car of course). Just wait until he's off work or wherever u know he is at and follow him to see what he is up to. Do it for a few days. If he seems ok, he's probably being faithful.
I know this sounds a bit desperate, but its the only way to know for sure (if you are wanting to know so bad)
Trust is over rated and rarely true.
Some signs of cheating are :
1) coming home late
2) not letting you see his cell phone (holding it and looking)
3) putting calogne on even on a day when you aren't supposed to be around.
4) buying underwear (silly sounding but true ive heard on Oprah)
5) very strong denial in doing anything wrong. A man who isn't cheating will laugh or simply say "no" when confronted. A man who IS cheating will be very defensive.
6) being on the computer a lot and not letting you see him or him acting nervous or like he wants you to go away when u are around.
Good luck finding out

I think there is no way of knowing unless you hire a private investigator to tail on him..but do you really want to do that ? Sometimes the unfaithful partner are so good at being deceitful that you can't even detect it. If you feel that you can't trust him/her and thinks that he/she is being unfaithful without any solid proof, then that is obviously a bad start to a relationship. Either you are insecure or he is being sneaky. Either way, in the long run, I don't think it will work unless you lay these feelings on the table and have an open discussion. But then again, there really is no way of guaranteeing a faithful partner. They may be faithful now, but probably outgrow you and become unfaithful later. On your part, you just have to embrace relationship as a beautiful thing with its fair share of ups and downs. I am sidetracking here...right ? Sorry. Yeah..there is no way of knowing if he is faithful of not. Just trust yourself and be happy.

Sometimes you just have to trust your instincts. Not always can you just "tell" by being around the person. Some are actually able to hide their infidelities- at least for a while. I've had many girl friends that have had guys cheat on them, whether it's talking on the phone, or emailing.
Ultimately, my advice to you would be to be observant, not to show any insecurities though. Be yourself, eventually you may find out what you need to know.

I don't know b/c after they cheat on me, there beating on my door with flowers or candy and then I find out year or s later ??? I have had 3 long term realtionships that this has happened ? Or they start wearing new under garments, new colonge, colonge more often, don't know their wearabouts but they sure know yours, they don't spend any time with you but then come over late, they look around paranoid in public, they start being more concerned with their looks than before, they shower more often, they get caught in lies, they have new clothes, they seem happier, they appear guilty, look sad when you tell them they are the best (reverse si) they act differently, have an excuse to leave somewhere......guess I'm an expert, thats really sad.

You know he's faithful when you don't have to ask this question on Yahoo! Answers. If he was faithful you would not have any doubts, and your doubts would not have led you here. In conclusion-he's not faithful to you. Trust your instincts.

"If you doubt he's faithful, chances are he's not."

So I guess that means if you think the world is flat, then it is. Usually your doubts stem from insecurity, not him.

You can ask him, follow him around, check his e-mail, or smell his junk, I don't know. How about just moving on, if he is cheating, it will come out somehow. If not, then you worried because you think you're not good enough. Don't let your doubts creep in unless he's been doing things he shouldn't be.

There are tell-tale signs but these are not always true. Verdict? You don't. You just take it on faith and trust.

Is he home, is he reachable, follow your instincts there usually right, if you think he's cheating , he probably is.
