The Final Cut-Pink Floyd. The album of the same name is the most depressing ever made, I think.
Lord Anthony-Belle and Sebastian. The lyrics are heart wrenching when you're in a sappy mood.

One of my favorite sad songs is the one I'm listening to right now, "I'll Be Missing You" by Faith Evans. It always makes me cry because it reminds me of my friend who got killed a few years ago.
