Actually the objective is a very old idea and most recommend not inclucing an objective statement on a resume today. But if it's a fill in the blank thing concentrate on how you want to help the company do better rather than how the position will help you advance.

I am a soph. in college and I have been working at the career services dept. for workstudy for the past 4 semesters. I have seen good resumes as well as bad one.A new trend is to not include an objective becuase it is obvious,u want a job to advance blah blah blah. But if u still insist focus ur objective on not what ur want 2 do(trust me they really dont care)but instead on what U CAN DO 4 THEIR COMPANY

Just be honest, Ive always had good luck w/ this, its what will really set you apart from all the other aplicants who are only trying to impress w/ normal "by-the-book" answers, employers like to see someone stand out, even if you say your objective is only to work hard for a few years untill i cant save enough to go to school their still going to like the fact that your honest, most employers know theyll never find someone willing to work a crappy job for more then a few years and while most ppl lie and say they will theyll know your being truthful and will probly reward this with a job. However do try to find a way to word the truth so it doesnt sound horrible (ie "Socially Interactive" works much better then "Hooker") but can both be construed as honest, either way good luck
=)

Are you detailed? Are you friendly? Are you organized? Think about what it is that THEY are looking for? How do you qualify? You could say something like:
"Because I am detailed minded (or organized, or whatever is your strongest point) and have excellent people skills, I would be able to put people at ease and provide an atmosphere that promote confidence. or:( that the customers would be treated fairly and courteously.")
Does this get you off of being 'stuck?" Good luck.

'i'm looking for full time employment with a company that believes in strong employee relations and advancement through support and education."
this part of the resume is for what you want out of a job and company. remember, you're interviewing them too! l8r in the resume you can describe your attributes and how you'll help the company.
