It wasn't Courtney and it wasn't drugs... he just found out how much his music sucked and couldn't live with it anymore. I wish he hadn't done it though, because I'm sick of seeing all this worship for some freakin' burn out whose songs were easier than Christian contemporary music, whose vocals were completely indecipherable moans, and whose lyrics didn't make a lick of sense. It's bittersweet now - the horrible music of Nirvana is gone, but Kurt has been immortalized as a rock god on no logical basis whatsoever.

Sometimes a man just gets the urge, right out of thin air. Sometimes there's negative aspects to his life, but that's a different feeling than the suicidal feelings. They come quietly, like a dream that you like, but can't quite control. Sometimes the urge and the bad times happen at the same time. I don't think one causes the other. But when they occur simultaneously, that's when people die.

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE WOULD BOTHER TO TAKE THE TIME TO ANSWER A QUESTION CONCERNING KURT COBAIN IF THEY HOLD SUCH HATRED FOR HIM. I THINK THOSE OF YOU WHO MAKE CRUDE JOKES ABOUT ANYBODIES DEATH ARE DISTURBED INDIVIDUALS WHO SHOULD PROBABLY FIND THEMSELVES A HOBIE OR INTEREST BESIDES BASHING KURT COBAIN. As for Kurt's death, no one really knows the truth of what happened that day.

I believe because he was a heroin junkie just like the lead singer of Alice in Chains. Very sad.
