A guy I know claims he had sex with a woman five times in five days and she had to goto the hospital to get all his semen out of her vagina, is this possible???

It is impossible for the vagina to get plugged with semen. Semen is not thick enough. However, the reason that the cavemen used to drag women around by the hair, instead of the feet, was so they wouldn't get plugged up with mud.
Now, I deserve a best answer for that one!

no it's not possible. vaginas are not like kitchen sinks, more like self-cleaning ovens.
the semen liquifies once it's in there and comes right out for the next few hours. ask any girl, it's a disgusting demonstration of gravity.

unless your friend produces cement not semen or his sperm can freeze inside the vaginal, men can't store sperm up to a very high volume[ unlike keeping money, collecting stamp, gather books ] because nature would take it due course like wet dream or masturbation !

No, that's absolutely ridiculous! Who does he think he is, Mr. Sperm Whale? The vagina is a self-cleaning organ and rids itself of vaginal secretions, semen, etc., with normal hygiene. Tell your friend he is full of crap!
