i was diagonsed 2-3yrs ago,never did anything to help it or try to get rid of them and now being told i dont have it. Im confused?

Yes as with any health condition spontaneous remission is possible but extremely rare.On what basis are they telling you,that you do not have it?
Did they give you a full vaginal and uterine ultra sound,complete blood count of hormones and taken your menstrual history?if not I would consider getting a second opinion.if it turns out you no longer have it....then PRAISE GOD!

Doctors need lots of practice for obvious reasons...it is likely someone made a mistake. PCOS is syndrome and is on a sliding scale of symptoms. It may be gone, it may be back; it may be you never had it...I have it. I have a period every month and I had a child the regular way so either way you will just have to do what ya gotta do...

Have you recently lost weight? That could have caused the pcos to be gone.
