Does anyone know where I can go to get an autograph authenticated?

I asked this question already, but I dont think it was understood what I was asking....

I found a CD in Goodwill that has what appears to be an autograph of the singer on the cover of the CD....it is wrote in permenant marker.....where can I go to get it authenticated or find out if it is real?

I cant just get the star to sign something to say it is real...like someone told me last time I asked....

Any suggestions?

Look in the phone book or on the web for appraisers that specialize in music.
