Also, where is the cache file and list, may have the same disgusting stuff there too!

Haha. Entertaining.
Well you are looking for for "cookie" files that are inside of a folder. I assume you are an internet explorer user so here is where can go to on your pc to find the cookie, temp files, and cached files, folders.
In "my computer" go to your local disk drive (c:) then go into the "documents and settings" folder. There will be folders named according your windows account name. Go into the folder of your account name. When you are in the correct folder there will be a folder labeled "cookies". The cookies are inside it. The other folder containing the temporary files is in "local settings" but that folder is hidden.
To "un-hide" hidden folders: On the top of the open window click Tools>Folder Options>Then click View tab>Under Hidden files make sure the 'Show files' is chosen.
Now you are able to see all hidden files and folders. Find Local Settings in the folder containing the cookies folder and delete everything insided of those folders.
**This way is the manual method that is more secure. However it is simpler to use a program. The best free program for it is crapcleaner. It does what it says. To download ccleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/downloadpage.aspx?1

As for the "partying" you are referring to your privacy settings. Make sure it is set to "medium" blocking most harmful 3rd party cookies.
