A very sad and tragic death. I for one will miss him. He was one of my heroes. He did so much for conservation, the environment and educating people about animals.

I could not log onto this myspace but, I do want to give my condolences to the Irwin family and friends. I truly respect this man and obviously a lot of others do as well. He has made a huge imprint on this world through his passions and I am positive his wife and children will carry on in his name. From what I have been watching lately he was a real FAMILY man.
This is the first time I have answered or even looked at yahoo answers but, I felt I should comment as I had read the email before mine talking of the sorrow for speaking or joking of Steve Irwin. I am not one of his biggest fans but, I do respect him for what he does and would watch him as I ran across his show. It just goes to show you that we should think before we speak, and especially in a negative way of someone we do not even know. I just wanted to say that I have respect for you for the note you wrote to take back all the things you may have said.
RIP Steve Irwin

I'm at work and my computer won't link to myspace. But I did want to give my condolences to everyone who misses Steve Irwin. When the news broke that he had died, I wrote a lot of smart@ss comments about how he was crazy. But now I regret it.

A friend of Steve Irwin's was on the Larry King show on CNN and he began to cry when he was talking about bringing Steve's body to the medevac chopper that was waiting directly after the accident. I really, really began to feel badly about all the stupid things I said.

So (even though I wasn't a Croc Hunter fan) I really want to give my condolences to you all who loved him and especially to his family.

God bless, and may many good things result from the life Steve Irwin lived.

It's very hard to picture someone so full of life now gone. I'm very sad about what has happened and I feel for his wife and children. I hope that everyone will have comfort in the thought that he died doing something he loved!

I feel so sad for his family. Yet, when it is your time to go, it's time to go. At least he went out doing something he enjoyed doing.

A terrible tragedy. But at least he died doing what he loved, and died quick. It was the perfect death for him.
