Call the police or look up the number for the INS in the phonebook.
The law being broken is the law that says you can't steal ss#'s or use fake SS#s or work illegally in the US.

Identity theft is a crime!!!!!!!! Stealing someones' identity is so horrible. It ruins people! Report them to the police! They are probably doing other crimes as well! What they are doing to that person who the number belongs to, is so wrong. If you don't report it, you could be charged too!! As an accessory to the crime or harboring a criminal! Please call the police!!

that identity fraud........start little, go to the local police and they will tell you what to do and start the process. immigration laws are broken too
