I don't quite get the phrasing of your question but I'll take a stab at it:
As it appears that the expansion of the universe is accelerating, the "end" of the universe will be when everything is so far apart from everything else that it will be completely dark. Ater all the suns burn out, it will be a desolate, dark place indeed. Don't worry, you have trillions of years until that happens.

So far there are three theories as to how all space and time can or will end.
#1. The Big Crunch- The Big Bang in reverse...everything starts going back to the point of creation until it collapses back into the original singularity (part of the 'oscillating universe' theory). Recent observations have all but ruled this out.
#2. The Big Freeze- The Heat Death of the universe...continued expansion results in a cosmos too cold to sustain life; also, the universe goes into a state of maximum entropy in which everything is evenly distributed, and there are no gradients to sustain even information processing, one form of which is life.
#3 The Big Rip- Our universe will accelerate exponentially to the point where all material objects, starting with galaxies to atoms, will disintegrate into unbound elementary particles, reaching a point of zero density.
These theories only apply if our cosmos is closed and depending also on the shape of our universe. There is also the Multiverse and false vacuum state, but those are unproven models.

The universe will eventually expand so much that all matter will become too diffuse to support life. Stars will eventually burn out and decay, and even black holes will evaporate over extremely long periods of time. Eventually, there will likely be absolutely nothing left in the universe but cold, and utterly empty space.
I compiled a timeline of our universe's future from a variety of scientifically reliable sources; check out the link below.

The universe will end in a heat-death many many many years from now (10 to the 1000 power years), when entropy has maximized.

"Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To know that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice."

there is no end, space folds over on otself and linear time exists only on the earth plane.
