It's up to the type of the hair (if it's long or short, straight or curly etc) and up to the face of a girl. There are many other factors too, the skin color, the height...
I like girls who have hair that suit them. And if you ask that in order to see what people prefer and do your hair as the majority of the answerers like it, do something else; make your hair suit you.
