Four hours, but keep in mind that concrete contains toxins that are poisonous to the skin. It kinda depends on the water content in the cement. too much and it will take a long time not enough and the cement becomes brittle. Its a fine line. My suggestion is a cement block with a loop in it and leg cuffs. that way you don't have to wait while the cement dries. Of course this is all hypothectical...Riiiiiight?

Well, you can buy that quick dry kind. It only takes a couple of hours.
