Sometimes a workout can exert that pent up frustration and anger. It releases endorphins that give you a boost. Reading might keep that busy mind occupied by other things. Try neutral plot books ie/ special interest (craft or car magazines, biographies) as they tend not to trigger personal issues. Hope it helps.

Maybe you have too much time on your hands and need to find a hobby or something else to occupy your thoughts that won't make you so angry.

There must be something you're thinking about that makes you so angry. Get to the bottom of what's making you angry and resolve the issue.

Maybe try some yoga or some kind fo work out where you can release some of that anger.

Take up a sport. try swimming for an hour each day. Let me know how that makes you feel.
