If the vehicle paperwork is signed to lock in 0% financing on a new vehicle, but the vehicle is still at the dealership for service, can buyer change mind within so many days?

If parts requested were added into the bill but fail to meet buyers expectations ie...Cheap! aftermarket parts and not the factory parts! Is that a breach??

You may or may not be responsible for the aftermarket parts, but you have 3 days after receiving the car to have buyers remorse.
Even if they try and fight you, leave it there. The old saying "possession is 9/10ths of the law" would work against you if you picked it up.

Not so, if the contract has been signed there is no "right of recission" law that allows consumers to return a vehicle.
It's a common mis conception with buying either new or used cars that consumers are mistaken about.
You should how ever, check with your states Attorney Generals office.

Most of the laws written to address buyer's remorse only pertain to door-to-door type of sales. If you approached the seller (such as going to a dealership), then the return w/in 3 days rule usually doesn't apply.

Not unless that was part of the original deal. It's very uncommon but this year some auto makers have started offering a 30 day return policy. I don't know any details because I'm not buying a car and haven't watched the ads carefully.

Depends on the state, and in many cases, the county or city.
Call your local Attorney General.
