I started my period yesterday a little over a week early, only this time there is more cramping, sore nipples and alot more bleeding. My period is normaly crampless, and bleeding is normaly light like only 4 pads less then half soaked a day, and yesterday and today have been soaking a pad completely thru every 2 hours, even though I have mostly sitting down. The blood is brighter red then norm, and sometimes I'll feel a bubbly almost like passing gass feeling but from the uterus, then will have a sudden rush of blood come out with slight cramping. Why could it be this intense, and what should I do? Could it be a miscarriage I took a pregnancy test last cycle and it came back negative, and I haven't missed a period.

It could be... I have heard a lot of women have early miscarriages and they didnt even know they were pregnant. I would call my Dr and see what they say just to be safe. Good Luck
