Don't worry your symptoms might come back. I am also 5-6 weeks pregnant & have had 2 miscarriages before, and 3 healthy kids. I was reading some of the answers you got and they say how you could of had a miscarriage I really really don't think you did, just because you lost your symptoms doesn't mean you had a miscarriage. Consider yourself lucky you don't have any for now, but i really think you will get them back. I am also going to answer to a question you posted before this question, the one about miscarriages. Don't worry too much about the spotting unless you had blood cloths too. Usually when you have a miscarriage you start with spotting and then after a couple of hours it gets heavy like a period and later you start bleeding and passing a lot a lot of blood cloths of all sizes. You start bleeding uncontrollably, this is a miscarriage I don't think you have anything to worry about, but if i was you i would still visit my Doctor and have him/her make sure everything is fine. I wish you the best:)

You sound like you don't have a problem. When they start counting a pregnancy they start from the week of your last pregnancy. So you aren't really as pregnant as you think you are. Implant bleeding is quite normal. If you had lost the baby then you would have just started your period. If you are really worried go into your doctor. A lot of simptoms are in your head too, so you may not have them because you just don't. I only had a couple at first, nothing serious, and then they got worse and then better again. Till now I havn't had any problems. Now I just can't sleep, but I gotta get used to that anyway ;) Good luck.

I am 6 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I have no symptoms. Haven't yet anyway. I am a little tired but that is it. No morning sickness, no cravings, nothing at all. Feel lucky as I do. If you are really worried about it though, go to the doctor and ask them to check everything out.

well at 4 weeks a little spotting is normal (its usually implantation) some women implant sooner (i did about 4 days after having sex) and some later. I'm right with you in pregnacy I'm 6-7 weeks and i think it would be great if i woke up one morning and all this nausa and food "talking" to me and boobs so sore i cant breath and the constant headache and the shoulder pain was gone. I have 3 other kids and its hard to get motavated to feed them when food grosses me out!
if your concerned call your doctor and have your appoinment moved up some to get checked sooner.
(i go next week for my first visit)

dont stress because its the worst thing but you should see your doctor about this. It is very possible that it is nothing but sometime it could be a sign of a miscarriage. This happened to me i had every symptom in the book then one day i started spotting the next day my symptoms went away... i miscarried at 5 weeks. everyone is different though please check it out

You need to go to the doctor right away and get that checked out, it could possiby be complications or even a miscarriage. Good luck, I hope you just lost symptoms and nothing bad happened.

Honestly when i became pregnate i didnt even knwo it till i was 6 weeks along bc my period was always messed up. I wouldnt worry about it too much. now if you start to spot or bleed deffently call your doctor immedialy... not only that remember not asking the question is the wrong question, when it comes to your doctor. I probably didnt start getting any symptoms till i was 9 - 10 weeks along. (Except no period.)

Why would you even be worrying about symptoms? Some women don't get them at all... If you have gotten a + result on a pregnancy go get yourself a prenatal vitamin... some folic acid and make your Drs appointment...

honey this is what happened to me and i asked the same ?? on here and everyone suggested it was normal. i think u need to get to the doctors!!! i unfortunaley had a miscarriage, a very painful one, and if this does happen to you please make sure you have pain pills u will need them, im not saying this will happen to you thats why u need to go to the doctors and see whats wrong and why u are bledding, it may just be normal, but thats what i thought too, but bleeding can be normal in early pregnancy its just best to check with the doctor to see if the baby is ok, whatever the outcome is i wish u the best of luck and take care
