Rest Ice Compression Elevation

Crutches if you need it

Pain relief (paracetamol aka acetaminophen, ibuprofen or other NSAIDs if you can tolerate them)

Your body should repair it over time

If not, consider seeing your doctor for referral to a specialist. Orthopaedic surgeons can fix things if the tendon is detached and the muscle shortened or whatever.
