I got caught by the police drinking in the university pub and I am underage? Do you think they'll call my parents or my record will be screwed?

i doubt it dude, it not like a major crime dude. they might call your parents and that will probably be the worst that will happen. this kind of thing is pretty common. normally just a warning is what they issue. dont stress dude

Have no idea where you live. But where I am from the will confo your booze, charge the pub that is selling it to underage patrons, and if your not too drunk they will let you go with a fine. Parents are only notified if the underage drinker has a probation order stating that he is not to consume or possess alcohol and/or other non-medically prescribed drugs. So perhaps if you have a clean record your folks will never find out and it will not affect your record. Check with local laws to find out about record. Reason I know this is because my own son was on probation once and he and three buddies were caught and I was only parent notified as other kids just got a drinking under age fine. Good luck.

They will call your parents. You did not commit a crime so your record will be fine. As for drinking at an early age thats totally wrong. Alcohol does alot of damage. BEWARE

Record might be ok according to state you were in but a call to your parents is probably going to happen

because you are underage, your parents are still your legal guardian in that sense. your record wont be screwed, it will def. be on there, but its not going to severly hinder your future

If you are over 18 they wont call your parents, but you are probably in trouble for it that's for sure.
