You need your ip and your username. For example, if your email account is [e-mail] you would probably enter your username, icantcause then your provider. Each is different, so you'll have to get a hold of your service provider, it might be

mail.idunno.com

and

smtp.idunno.com

or they might both be mail.idunno.com

But you will need to ask your service provider.
