the best ways to do it so you don't see the glue or tape are to use brads, grommets, photo corners, or stickers. i prefer brads and grommets - sometimes i'll used 2 different sized grommets and nest them inside eachother.

Vellum won't rub off. Can I suggest you adhere it to the photo (or whatever) you have inside the frame? If you really want it on the glass, I think the best thing to adhere it would be to use vellum spray. It's a little expensive, but a little goes a long way. Just spray in a well ventilated area. No marks.

Try using decorative photo corners or attach a brad to the paper. It makes the vellum look so much nicer and you don't have to worry about the glue or tape showing through. Good luck...

I usually just run it through my xyron if it'll fit. if it doesn't I get out the brads or eyelets. they make a vellum tape that's supposed to work very well but I haven't tried it yet.
