Ok, everytime I start to talk to someone, I become so self aware of myself and self conscious. I start to mumble and flip things out of context cuz Im caring about what other people are thinking of me. Lately Ive been feeling low and ugly. What should I do, help? I can't even communicate to anyone like I would do at home, outgoing and speaks my mind.

Dear, get up each morning, look in the mirror and say, "I am a confident and intelligent person and will speak my mind today clearly and distinctly." Even if you don't believe it at first, keep on saying it and it will embed itself into your subconscious mind......Believe me, we all go through this from time to time and it is perfectly normal.........Just try it and see how much you change in a matter of a week or so.......It really works!!!! Take care, honey.............

Maybe you need to find a hobbie that brings out the best in you? I have the problem of caring too much about what people think aswell and i do indeed stuff things up, your self esteem may be helped by you joining in a fun activity that dosnt have you always thinking of your imperfections. Beleive me, everyone has them!

Why are you feeling ugly and struggling with low self esteem? Work on the source of these things, are you around people who don't help you feel good about yourself? When you are with others, focus on them, ask them about themselves. Be genuinely interested in others and they will pick up on that and feel comfortable around you.

just tell people, i think i'm ugly, and in a minute i'm gonna start mumbling cuz i have low self esteem. tell people that you want them to pity and feel sorry for you because you want attention.
