class. The topic has to be about business or needs to be business related and it has to be long enough for me to write 5 to 10 pages about it. I was thinking about something that has to do with the hotel industry??? Any comments??

Pick a company of interest to you. Better if they have a nearby location so you can ask to talk to someone. Do your research first online and/or at the library. Why not write about how their business has changed over the last, say, ten years? Have their products or services changed? Have their policies changed? Have their college recruitment techniques changed? Has their customer base changed? Focus in on some aspect of interest to you.
