i need to know who to IM, about my other question,concerning my printer?

i ask a question concerning why my printer wouldnt print passed the test page, the third answer i got ask what version it was,and said to IM them, but since then my computer has goofed up so i havent been able to get online, therefore my question has already been thru the voting section and the names of the people answering me no longer shows, so if you read this please get back in touch, i need to know a few other things
