Sometimes we lack the emotional courage and spiritual strength to correct our flaws. What's more our egos use many devious tactics against our own best interests. One of the most potent of these tactics is cynicism, the sense that anything but chaos should even be thought about by an intelligent human beings. This is a convenient escape from taking responsiblity for our actions and choices. It allows us to see ourselves as eternally blameless victims, rather than as responsible beings who are accountable for the state of our lives.

People do not want to, remember that quote from "High Plains Drifter:" "It is what people know abouot themselves that makes them afraid." So very true. It is why people do not like to hear their recorded voices speaking or singing, and why people do not like getting their picture taken.

Try looking in a mirror, that helps alot too.

these questions get more stupid...check the location of your eyes and the rest of your body...if you cannot see any part of your body, you are blind... and if you use "see" metaphorically, it is a life-long process.
