Anybody know anything about this former baseball pitcher?

I pitched in high school with Marty! In our jr year we went to state tourney,didn't win it but we tried. My record was 3-2 and Marty's was 12-1

BUT my last game i pitched that year was a no-hitter we won 3-0

WOW! That's a name I haven't heard in a long time. I remember him pitching for the Royals when I was a kid, and have cards of him. He was a soft-tossing right-hander, part-time starter/part-time reliever. His best years came with the Brewers and Red Sox, but he spent most of the time in Kansas City. His lifetime stats were pretty good.

Sure, Marty "the duck" Pattin...Great impersonation of Daffy Duck hahaha...He was a big part of the Royals "early glory years" ..You could run him out there in long relief or spot start him...I talked to him a couple of times. What I remember most was, how his arms seemed to be too short for his torso(barrel chest)...
