That is a cover to hide things in the back cargo compartment of a Yukon or Tahoe. This prevents everything in the storage are from being visible and tempting thieves!!

These drop in the back just behind the rear seat in a Suburban/Yukon XL and pull back like a window shade (on its side) to hide your cargo in the rear.
