I'm assuming you mean John F. Kennedy. Although there is much controversy over who actually did it, Lee Harvey Oswald is usually blamed.
If you're asking about Robert Kennedy, it was Sirhan B. Sirhan.

There was a small newspaper circulating in the Milwaukee, WI area.. people wanted the truth about who had shot President Kennedy. Someone in the Gov. found out, and the owners of the newspaper sold out.. and moved.
In those days, much like now, 'doubles' were found.. and it's also been said that President Kennedy's double was the one that was actually shot.. while he himself was somewhere on the east coast, in a hospital, because his back had become so bad.. perhaps he was even unable to walk any longer..
There was even talk that L.B.J. had something to do with the President's death..

The accepted theorey is that Lee Harvey Oswald single-handdidly assinated President John F. Kennedy from the 6th floor of the book depository using a rifle.
However, conspiracy theorists will argue that using a single-shot rifle to shoot as many rounds as Oswald did, in that time-frame, is imposble, and the trajectory of some of the bullets possibly indicate there was a second shooter on the "grassy hill" nearby. Despite all the video cameras rolling that day, no one got a good look at this hill, so no one is sure if there was anyone there with another rifle.

John? Then the most likely orchestrator was VP Linden Johnson the fall guy being Oswald
Kennedy was moving towards a smaller government and he was wanting to get out of Vietnam.
Johnson, who had great investments in arms sales stood to loose billions and smaller goverment pissed a lot of other people off to.
Wish I could prove it... but not all things can be proved and not all things we know in history are true.
