They will be letting the DX storyline die sometimes this month so its highly unlikely that they will get more members.

Well they were gonna end DX sometime back, but it was Stephanie Mcmahon who wanted DX to go on . So we don't know what they have planned but i would say the Yes and No are like a See-Saw. Sometimes the yes is up and sometimes the no.
