Because it's his mother. It sounds like you're pretty young yet... he's probably not comfortable with the idea of being openly affectionate in front of his parents. It's nothing to be worried about.

Maybe he feels it is an inappropriate gesture. If the two of you are in school, you are still young, and perhaps he feels uncomfortable to do those kinds of things in front of his mother. This act is perfectly normal.

Because he have respect for her and probably feel embarrassed kissing in front of his mom,which obviously yr don't have at all maybe you should tried to learn something here

Because some people are actually raised to think that is disrespectful to be kissy face infront of their parents.. its not a slam on u.. its the fact that his mother was there..

When you're his wife and he won't kiss you in front of his mother, then it's an issue. Right now...no biggie.

He's prob just shy, or his mother is really strict.. and I'm sure it might depend on how old you guys are too..
