Do you want to stop? What holds you back... I drink to much, but I think I am self-medicating... what holds me back is the fear of having to live my own life without a "pain-killer".

I don't know how old you are , or what your situation is but...
I started drinking very young . 1st it was cool, then later I just liked to party , But one day it wasn't fun anymore nor did it work for a pain killer . I drank my self into alcoholism . Yes I know it could never happen to you ! We all seem to think we are somehow invincible when we are young . I lived a painful life when the Alcohol took over my life . I am a Mom and Grandma , and a very loving caring person . Any one who drinks to much for too long has the potential to acquire this disease . It doesn't discriminate at all ! I am 5 yrs. sober , but I was one of those who fought getting help so I damn near died . { I did end up in a self induced coma for 5 days } If you abuse Alcohol you too can live a nightmare like mine !!!

Yes. I have been an insomniac since I was born. At least when I get a little buzz going, i can fall asleep without radio static in my head

yes pain killer for ever body? even the 1s i love? .i drink a little than it dont stop. dont know y! i try hard

No I just smoke too much pot, change habits and you have a better chance of survival and recovery.
