How do i remove Io Moth Caterpillar?

Ok, so i have a Ficus outside my kitchen window, and its COMPLETE FILLED with these annoying Io Moth Caterpillars. Does anyone know how i could go about removing them from there?

Io moth catepillars are about as big as your finger--are you sure they are Ios? In any event you can go to a good lawn and garden center and get Bt. It's a type of bacteria that make only catepillars get sick and die. It's very effective and doesn't hurt anything else.
