The question is would both of you like it? I think you should do something for yourselves that both of you would enjoy. If the table is something you would like as well, then by all means, buy it. I think it is lovely.
Personally, I think an anniversary is about sharing something just for the two of you. I hope you have a fantastic anniversary and I wish you many more happy years together.
