I have to say, duct tape isnt really the best way to go for exhaust repairs....your better off getting muffler mender or something to that nature that can stand the heat, or if you just want to hold it up so its not dragging just use a metal coathanger or something. thats what i used b4 i got the actual clamp to hold it

i could think of that if somone have been to apply "duct tape " on a plane they could need to crash and burn , comparable as on a boat. you're fidgeting with someones existence , no longer patching a hollow in a dogs living house. BTW duct tape does not stick to metallic below 0 . wish you don`t fix airplanes for a residing. i'm no longer flying lower back

until the muffler gets hot enough to burn it in half or melt it and make a very bad smell. You can buy, what they call muffler tape that is heat activated. it melts into shape and then stays.

Coat Hangers work. Duct Tape not work.

DUCT TAPE WILL MELT/BURN ON A MUFFLER!!!! So not very long Wire it up with a coat hanger or use your belt to hold it on in an emergecy

until it gets hot enough to melt it, bettter off using muffler tape its cheap fix too and will hold better and longer
