Not that I did but I know for a FACT that it does nothing to a baby. My best friend smoked during the entire pregnancy of both of her kids and I watched for any symptoms cuz I really thought she was screwing them up. But no S*^T they are both really smart normal kids. She did alot of research o the topic and not only were they fine but she was honest with her Dr. and the state couldn't take them from her. I swear it's the craziest crap I'd ever seen. So I'm a firm believer weed doesn't hurt an unborn.

Using any kind of drugs...cigarettes and alcohol included, cause damage to the placenta, which is how the baby receives oxygen. When the placenta is damaged the baby does not get all of the oxygen and that has been proven to cause learning and other developmental problems. If you want to use drugs go get on birth control. Foster homes are full of kids that were born to parents that used while pregnant.

mostly similar as ciggarettes would but be carefull of your baby but also just so you know any drug doneduring the last trimester even if it is no longer in your system WILL show up in the baby's system! the hospital will check your baby's first poop for any trace of narcotics the meconium (first tar like poo poo babies have after being born ) contains almost everything you have consumed during the last 3 months. It is standard to test all newborns in almost every state for a drug screen. if anything illeagal is in ther and shows up D.C.F. will be contacted and most likley take the child when released from the hospital.

not sure what pot would do but doctors do say not to smoke during pregnancy, lower birth weights, an increase in premature births and other developmental issues could result.
fetal addictions can and do happen aka crack babies--I imagine if nothing else the baby would be alot crankier than a nonsmoking mothers infant might be.
