think of everything you do and how it makes you feel
THEN next time you think your nerve is failing in a situation
take your old feeling and build up the energy (this means something like making yourself angry or frustrated)
THENturn that emotion into a positive focus towards the situation( wether it's social or physical)something like agression but it's really being assertive.make sure you understand the difference
so really it's feel the emotion, change it's intensity, focus it and push it to your desired result in a positive ,unchallenging manner
it's not so hard-go for it
just remember you're not going to battle just to debate

Try doing daily affirmations. Write this and place it on you bathroom Mirror While looking into the mirror say Smile and say "Hello (your full name). I love you and you look wonderful today. You are (compliment yourself for 2 or 3 things you appreciate about yourself). The world is better because I am in it." Say this 3 times a day. Try to change compliments each time. Repeat this for about 2 weeks. You'll start feeling so good about yourself it will start to affect how you see yourself as well as how others see you. Don't forget to look yourself in the eye. Have fun with it..

Confidence: "with faith" in the Latin. Confidence comes from faith. For some this is external as in God made me good. For others it is relational: my parents/partner loves me. For others it is situational: I can trim the blue spruce in the front yard. For still others it is personal: I AM a capable person doing his/her best.

The Bible states that Faith comes from reading the Word of God by the way. Nifty help when troubles begin to overwhelm

Start your day by giving yourself a good pep talk (I AM being serious here) Tell yourself that impossible is nothing and that you're beautiful.
Keep repeating it to yourself throughout the day like a mantra, don't laugh, it works! ^_^
Walk with your head high like you know where you're heading to, once these become routine you'll have your answer ~ CONFIDENCE
Hope this helped.

What is it you want to be confident in? For example, if you want to be confident in your basketball skills, practice playing basketball. Ask your question again with more details.

Just know this for a fact - there is nobody in your home, nobody in your community, in your school, town, state, country, or world who can be YOU any more PERFECT than you. Only you can be you, and you do it so perfectly. Feel proud, feel strong, feel secure in that.
