Goodness, I think the old-fashioned whorehouse has gone the way of the horse-drawn carriage, though they do still have "licensed brothels" in Nevada.
If you want to pay for sex, you can find such retail opportunities advertised in the classifieds of any weekly newspaper under "escort services." However, a reasonably well-mannered and clean guy should be able to find someone who'll have sex with him for the fun of it in New York or any other sizable city.
