Maybe people with ESP have embedded chips in their brain? Some can command the wind to move incoming rain to somewhere else. Some have the ability to foresee future or past events. Moses made a path through the Red Sea and Solomon communicated with animals and beasts and commanded an army of Genies. What if all of those happened because of technology that we have yet understand or discover? What if God make things happen through technology and/or science? What about the big bang? No, its an improvement. its looks like its recycled beacause we contunially build upon the knowledge that we possess, and as such there'a always a trace of the old technology.

Isaac Asimov remarked that "any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic." That said, all of the phenomena you list have absolutely no basis in scientific evidence. It is 100% anecdotal, just like urban legends. There's even a skeptic by the name of James Randi who will give you $1M if you can prove--in a controlled, scientific setting--that such things exist.
You ask what if god made things happen thru tech or science. In other words, if god made things happen entirely within the realm of naturalistic laws (i.e. without invoking magic or supernatural powers). Granted that god, being an infinite being, would have the smarts to do that. But then a funny thing happens. When you look at what kind of universe would result if god remained strictly within the laws of nature, it looks pretty much exactly the same as a universe where there is no god at all!

No,our technology today is not a recycle of the past technology.Our technology of today is an improved and advanced technology through the result of research and development activities.In mode there is a possibility of today's mode is a recycle of the past mode.Thechnology is ever a continuing and improving science for the sake of mankind.Prophets had miracles from our God Almighty .But plain people have no miracles.We should use our brain and common sense to make a better technology. which is more aconomy,more efficient and have more benefits for the people.

Timothy Leary (consider the source) believed that we are coded in our DNA with what we'd consider advanced skills.
I'll paraphrase and keep it short but Level 1 is like an amoeba, forward backward, fight or flee
Level 3 is more like communication
Level 4 is community (where we are right now)
Level 5 would be like telepathy or something similar.
It goes up to Level 8 with some kind of transcendence (as I recall)
But your questions have been mulled over before! Some kind of meta-programming in our DNA and our job is to tap into it or evolve into it.

i'm unlikely to attempt and convince you to have faith in God yet I do have faith he's genuine through fact i will sense him. different faiths at the instant are not the comparable as christianity, once you're christian all you may desire to do is have faith in God and you get saved, different religions you may desire to convey them provides and sacrifice issues, for God you in simple terms might desire to have faith in him. yet think of with regard to the vast bang thought.. do you fairly have faith in that? This worldwide is so magical once you fairly think of roughly it. whilst i inspect the universe and how extensive it rather is, i don't understand how human beings have faith it got here from a tiny black hollow, it is so grand and the complexity of ways the Earth is made and how there is this form of comfortable stability.. i won't be able to be certain how the Earth might desire to basically artwork on it fairly is own. i think of he's genuine yet it rather is in simple terms me :)
