-x/7 > -3x -4
-x/7 + 3x > -4
x(-7 + 3) > -4
x(-4) > -4

Answer x > -1

assuming that -3X, then x>-14/11
4>(-)3x - x/7
4> (-)21x/7 -x/7 (common denom on right)
4> (-)22x/7 (combine like terms)
28>(-)22x (multiply 7 on both sides)
28/(-22)
if its less than or equal to 3x then its not negative
4>3x - x/7
4> 21x/7 -x/7 (common denom on right)
4> 20x/7 (combine like terms)
28>20x (multiply 7 on both sides)
28/20>x (divide by 20)
x<14/10(reduce and put X on left)
