My Mom used to express that in a more "generic" form. - She would say, simply " LORDY! - LORDY! - LORDY!"
This was Mom's quick-filler she learned from her work-colleagues in the D.S.U. at the Hospital where she worked.
She knew that expressing the usual MEDICAL JARGON outside the hospital would not impress anyone away from there.
