It could just be from sitting for a long time, or some people swell up when it's really hot. If you're having any pain though you should see a doctor, some people can develop blood clots from sitting for long periods of time.

Usually it is not uncommon with many that their feet gets swollen after long journey as we do not move our feet(particularly when we travel in a bus) If the swellings r due to ur travel they should get back to normalcy in two or three days time.U do not have to get panicky. However if the problem persists and the swellings do not recede,it is advisable to see a doctor and take help.He may prescribe some blood tests to see if there is any thing wrong. Good luck to u.
