Is it true that people who look on the internet for bomb recipes are listed in a list by the government?

and is it illegal to look up the information? i mean at the bottom of each recipe, it say in fine print "FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, NOT INTENDED FOR REAL USE" or sumtin like that, so, u wudn't be doing anything rong until u actullay make the bomb..rite?

Take two classes in Chemistry as any Jr. College and you have all you need. Why would the government be tracking the net?

Technically

The government keeps track of EVERYTIHNG you look up on the internet, and categorizes that information along with various other things such as credit card purchases, library records, etc. etc.
