IS PERFECT! cause people who makes exercice, got more oxigen than people who doesnt. And if u have a good amount of oxigen ur heart will produce more, working less... thats y ir beats less. 50-60 is normal, and while ur sleeping or resting is normal to have also 40 if u practice sports. In people who doesnt normal is 70-80. And ur health will be better, so congratulations, keep doing it!

The better condition you are, the lower your resting pulse will be. Professional athletes have resting heart rates in the forties, and Bjorn Borg actually had a resting heart rate in the 30's. So don't worry, it just means you hopefully have a healthier heart. :)

Absolutely normal to have that low a resting pulse rate when you are in good cardiovascular health.

Slow is good. It means your heart is strong enough to do the job without having to hurry.

It's lower but that means that your heart doesn't have to work as hard... that's a good thing. People who are fit have low heart rates.

:)

Why are you asking us? Yes its too slow. No. A little fast. Who cares. Am I pregnant? Do you think I'm cute. What should I wear to school tomorrow? Who cares.
