Weak sphincter can cause that but more problems can rise like this from infection or inflamation of your prostate---GO SEE THE DOCTOR DUDE. there are many types of infections and inflamation and both will make you tired---I hope that is also not a STD ( Sexualy transimited disease) Both gonorhea and chlamydia can cause similar symptoms...recently also men was documented to get bacterial infection from females (From Bacerial Vaginosis) which was addedd to the list of STDs recently.. that is though a simple condition. yes but not every day you ejaculate semen. see, every day your testes produces one million semen a day. The testes is like a tank. When it is full, you will ejaculate the semen, but not all, after ur sleep. Before that, you will have a dream about sex. Try it!

well u should really check it out at ur doctor. u probably just get horny a whole lot. and about he acne, its natural and u cant stop it without lots of products
